A WebMCP demo where the site refuses to let an agent guess your birth place, because a guess produces a confident wrong horoscope.

Find candidate birth places for a partial name. Returns every match with its state and coordinates. When more than one is returned you MUST ask the user which one they mean — do not pick for them. A wrong place silently produces a wrong chart.
