Lists the free browser-based tools on siter.io. Takes an optional category (image, color, code, content) and returns {count, tools}, where each tool has name, url (an absolute https://siter.io address), category and a one-line description. Open a url to use that tool. Some tool pages also register their own WebMCP tools that run the calculation directly.
