Check real-time room availability. Always call get_hotel_booking_config first, then call this tool with booking_url, engine, and hotelId all together (engine and hotelId come from get_hotel_booking_config's response and the hotel id you already have) — engine and hotelId let this tool use a direct API instead of scraping when one is available for that hotel. Supplying engine + hotelId without booking_url also works.
